great pool, great view

The appartment is fully equiped, spotless clean, and the view is stunning. We were happy with our choice. The pool is fabulous ! Beaches are not far, aprox.10 min walking, as the city with marina. Staaf speeks fluent English; my special thanks to Sergio, for his kind and chill aproach !

Many stairs. Not that it would disturb us, but should be mentioned.

Cozy and comfortable with a nice and clean pool

The pool and the area was clean and there were enough sun beds and umbrellas. The view is excellent over the ocean and surroundings. The hotel is perfectly located between Puerto Rico and Amadores Beach, both in walking distance. Bus stop is right there and taxis are coming in max 5 min if needed. We were very satisfied with the breakfast buffet selection and coffee quality. The staff in the restaurant and entertainment was really friendly and helpful.

There were quite many stairs to take to reach the apartment after reaching on the floor by the elevator. It was a little complicated to get the luggage to the rooms. The reception could be proactive and offer help in that matter. The pillows could have been a little softer.

Brilliant

Everything was great from the whole team who work really hard to how clean all areas are. The food was lovely too. Big shout out for Dave, Pepe and all the other staff.

It didn’t bother me as we were in a low apartment but there are a lot of steps so be aware.

Not good check in

I loved the very equipped apartments

Did not appreciate having to wait for a 4pm check in. We arrived at 11.30 a.m and were told maybe a room would be ready by 2p.m and they would txt us . Went back several times to reception but no room ready. Asked again at 3.55 and got room. We never did get a txt. I cannot believe there was not a room ready before 4p.m as at that time all thr cleaners leave. So they have empty rooms ready by 12 or 1 or 2oclk but as they state check in is 4p.m they are not willing to give room out before that. Really bad policy and have never experienced that in all the hotels we have stayed around that area.

Excellent, highly reccommend!

Lovely accommodation, staff were so friendly and helpful. Great communication, with What’s app message also before we arrived. Apartment had everything we needed, great views, big terrace overlooking the pool and sea. Free pubblic parking outside the hotel. Everything you need on site really with supermarket, bar and restaurant on site. High chair and baby cot provided for us, no hassle whatsoever.

White Bay Bahia Blanca

I liked the Welcome at Reception upon arrival. And very helpful and cheerful throughout our stay. As we're all the staff. The apartment was very modern and very clean. Thankyou. The Communal areas were very clean too. Thankyou. As was the pool and pool area. Which includes a happy hour which I am not worried about but Thankyou. Breakfast was amazing lots of choice and scrummy. Thankyou. Fantastic location central for walking the beautiful coastal walk into Amadoras (my favourite beach) approx 10 mins. And approx a 15 min walk into Peuto Rico. This is my second visit to Bahia Blanca apartments and shall be returning when I visit Gran Canaria next. I have been visiting Gran Canaria for some 20 yrs and have stayed in many hotels from Gloria Palace to Marina Bay View. But I am drawn to Bahia Blanca. I live close to Sandbanks in Poole, Dorset. Which in itself is an up market costly seaside resort. I know that given guaranteed sunshine and its location you will find this accommodation hard to beat for the price. I have 1 weeks holiday abroad a year. So far, I have not been disappointed. My holiday is about having lovely weather, lovely location sea view ideally, which we had. Breakfast which we had. Cooking facilities which we had if we wished to stay in. A balcony with sea views, sunbeds and patio table and chairs which we had. Pool and pool bar which we had. We also had a dish washer and washing machine which was great given we had opted only to taking a 10kg bag and handbag on board the flight. I personally do not need entertainment on my holiday in the day or evenings.. but this was included which is a bonus for those who do not like or cannot venture out. I did join in the aqua aerobics which was a good gentle exercise and a laugh. Different themed meals in the evening for those who like/need that. I prefer to eat at lunchtime and can/able to venture out so didn't use that facility. It also has a supermarket open daily selling the essentials.

The pool music. It was very samey. Would have been nice to hear some chill out music. Which is only a small negative and easily rectified by either the entertainers changing the music or me taking my own in the form of earpods. But it would not put me off staying again. As this negative out ways all the positives and is my personal choice.

Lovely stay

Hotel was well located near the beach. Access to the beach by car was very convenient. Pool was very nice and warm, also deep enough for a good swim. Sara H. at the reception was helpful and fun to communicate with. Food was simple but well cooked and tasty. Gym and sauna had a separate small building which was pleasant to use.

Tea and coffee amenities was not available during the dinner time. Property contains a lot of stairs which may be difficult for an elderly people.
